(le \u00ab\u2009commanditaire\u2009\u00bb) sise au 1209 King Street West, local\u00a0200, Toronto (Ontario) M6K 1G2, en tant que concours promotionnel pour ses produits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. ADMISSIBILIT\u00c9.\u00a0<\/strong>Pour participer au concours et avoir la chance de gagner un prix, une personne (le \u00ab\u2009participant\u2009\u00bb) doit \u00eatre un r\u00e9sident autoris\u00e9 du Canada et avoir atteint l\u2019\u00e2ge l\u00e9gal pour consommer de l\u2019alcool dans sa province de r\u00e9sidence au moment de sa participation.   4. COMMENT PARTICIPER. Aucun achat requis.\u00a0<\/strong>Un achat n\u2019augmente pas les chances de gagner. Un acc\u00e8s Internet et un compte Instagram sont requis. La participation se fait uniquement en ligne sur Instagram; aucun autre moyen de participation ne sera accept\u00e9.

          Le commanditaire et les autres parties exon\u00e9r\u00e9es (telles que d\u00e9finies ci-dessous) ne seront pas responsables des participations illisibles, falsifi\u00e9es, endommag\u00e9es, perdues, envoy\u00e9es au mauvais destinataire, mutil\u00e9es, ind\u00e9chiffrables, incompl\u00e8tes ou tardives, qui seront annul\u00e9es. Il est interdit d\u2019utiliser des dispositifs automatis\u00e9s. Le participant pourra \u00eatre disqualifi\u00e9 du concours, \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du commanditaire, si ce dernier d\u00e9couvre (\u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une preuve ou d\u2019une information mise \u00e0 sa disposition ou autrement) qu\u2019une personne a tent\u00e9\u00a0: (i) d\u2019utiliser plusieurs noms, identit\u00e9s, adresses \u00e9lectroniques, adresses IP, comptes Instagram; (ii) d\u2019utiliser tout syst\u00e8me ou programme automatis\u00e9, macro, script, robot ou autre pour participer ou perturber le concours; (iii) de t\u00e9l\u00e9charger du contenu inappropri\u00e9; (iv) de participer ou de perturber le concours de toute autre mani\u00e8re frauduleuse ou trompeuse; ou (v) de participer contrairement au pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement ou au r\u00e8glement Instagram. Tout participant qui publie de multiples mises \u00e0 jour, commentaires ou photos sans lien avec le concours peut \u00eatre disqualifi\u00e9 du concours.           Le prix est fourni par le commanditaire. La valeur au d\u00e9tail approximative du prix est de cent dollars canadiens (200$\u00a0CA). Le nombre de prix attribu\u00e9 ne d\u00e9passera pas le nombre indiqu\u00e9. Le prix n\u2019est pas transf\u00e9rable, doit \u00eatre accept\u00e9 tel quel et ne peut \u00eatre \u00e9chang\u00e9 contre de l\u2019argent, un autre prix ou autre (sauf \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du commanditaire). Le commanditaire se r\u00e9serve le droit, pour quelque raison que ce soit, \u00e0 son enti\u00e8re discr\u00e9tion, d\u2019attribuer un prix de rechange d\u2019une valeur mon\u00e9taire \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure si le prix ne peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9 tel qu\u2019il est d\u00e9crit. Le prix sera attribu\u00e9 uniquement au gagnant dont l\u2019identit\u00e9 aura \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Le commanditaire ou ses repr\u00e9sentants d\u00e9sign\u00e9s (les \u00ab\u2009superviseurs du concours\u2009\u00bb) tenteront de contacter chaque participant s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 sur Instagram (message direct ou identification dans une publication) ou par courriel dans les deux (2) jours ouvrables suivant la date du tirage. Si un participant s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 est impossible \u00e0 contacter dans le d\u00e9lai imparti, il n\u2019est plus admissible pour gagner le prix et les superviseurs du concours peuvent, \u00e0 leur seule discr\u00e9tion, s\u00e9lectionner au hasard un autre participant admissible, qu\u2019ils tenteront de contacter, et qui devra \u00e0 son tour respecter les m\u00eames conditions, \u00e0 d\u00e9faut de quoi il sera disqualifi\u00e9. EXON\u00c9RATION DE RESPONSABILIT\u00c9 ET QUESTION R\u00c9GLEMENTAIRE.<\/strong>\u00a0Afin d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9clar\u00e9 gagnant, le gagnant potentiel doit r\u00e9pondre correctement, sans aide m\u00e9canique ou autre, \u00e0 une question r\u00e9glementaire d\u2019arithm\u00e9tique; remplir le formulaire de d\u00e9claration de conformit\u00e9 au r\u00e8glement ainsi qu\u2019une exon\u00e9ration de responsabilit\u00e9 et un consentement \u00e0 des fins publicitaires (le \u00ab\u2009formulaire de d\u00e9claration, d\u2019exon\u00e9ration et de consentement\u2009\u00bb) et le retourner d\u00fbment sign\u00e9 dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant leur remise par le commanditaire, confirmant (entre autres) la conformit\u00e9 au r\u00e8glement et d\u00e9gageant le commanditaire, ses agences de publicit\u00e9 ou de promotion, tout organisme de supervision du concours, les r\u00e9gies des alcools provinciales, les fournisseurs de prix ainsi que les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s m\u00e8res et affili\u00e9es des entit\u00e9s susmentionn\u00e9es et tous leurs administrateurs, dirigeants, propri\u00e9taires, partenaires, employ\u00e9s, agents, repr\u00e9sentants, successeurs et ayants droit respectifs (ensemble, les \u00ab\u2009parties exon\u00e9r\u00e9es\u2009\u00bb) de toute responsabilit\u00e9 en lien avec le concours ou r\u00e9sultant (i) de la participation au concours; (ii) de l\u2019acceptation du prix tel qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9; et (iii) de l\u2019administration du concours et de la distribution du prix attribu\u00e9 de la fa\u00e7on d\u00e9crite dans le pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement.           Si un gagnant potentiel (a) ne r\u00e9pond pas correctement \u00e0 la question r\u00e9glementaire; (b) ne peut pas accepter (ou ne veut pas accepter) le prix (tel qu\u2019il est attribu\u00e9) pour quelque raison que ce soit; ou (c) est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant en infraction au pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement (le tout tel que d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par le commanditaire \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion), il sera disqualifi\u00e9 (et perdra tous ses droits au prix) et le commanditaire se r\u00e9serve le droit, \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion et si le temps le permet, de s\u00e9lectionner au hasard un autre gagnant potentiel parmi toutes les autres participations admissibles soumises et re\u00e7ues conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article\u00a06 du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement (auquel cas les dispositions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de cette section s\u2019appliqueront \u00e0 ce nouveau gagnant potentiel s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          DISPOSITIONS G\u00c9N\u00c9RALES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Les r\u00e9gies des alcools provinciales ne sont aucunement associ\u00e9es au concours ni responsables de toute question relative au concours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. Le concours n\u2019est aucunement commandit\u00e9, appuy\u00e9 ou administr\u00e9 par Instagram, ni associ\u00e9 \u00e0 Instagram. Le participant convient qu\u2019il fournit ses renseignements au commanditaire, et non \u00e0 Instagram. Les renseignements fournis ne seront utilis\u00e9s que pour administrer le concours conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la politique de protection de la vie priv\u00e9e du commanditaire. Le participant au concours d\u00e9gage enti\u00e8rement Instagram de toute responsabilit\u00e9. Toute question, remarque ou plainte concernant le concours doit \u00eatre adress\u00e9e au commanditaire, et non \u00e0 Instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Le concours est r\u00e9gi par les lois du Canada et de la province de la Colombie-Britannique, et le participant accepte par la pr\u00e9sente la juridiction exclusive des lois de la Colombie-Britannique pour les causes ou litiges d\u00e9coulant du concours. Le participant renonce \u00e0 toute objection concernant la juridiction et la comp\u00e9tence de ces tribunaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          4. En s\u2019inscrivant au concours, le participant accepte de d\u00e9gager le commanditaire et les autres parties exon\u00e9r\u00e9es de toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas de pr\u00e9judice au gagnant d\u00e9coulant de la participation au concours, du respect ou non-respect du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement et de l\u2019acceptation, de l\u2019utilisation ou de la mauvaise utilisation du prix, et le participant s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 accepte de signer le formulaire de d\u00e9claration, d\u2019exon\u00e9ration et de consentement du commanditaire (voir article\u00a08 ci-dessus) \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard avant de recevoir son prix. Les parties exon\u00e9r\u00e9es se d\u00e9gagent de toute responsabilit\u00e9 se rattachant au concours ou au prix attribu\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          5. Toutes les participations et tous les participants peuvent faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une v\u00e9rification en tout temps et pour toute raison. Le commanditaire se r\u00e9serve le droit, \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion, d\u2019exiger une preuve d\u2019identit\u00e9 et\/ou d\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 (sous une forme acceptable pour le commanditaire \u2013 y compris, sans s\u2019y limiter, une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 avec photo \u00e9mise par le gouvernement)\u00a0: (i) dans le but de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une personne \u00e0 participer \u00e0 ce concours; (ii) dans le but de v\u00e9rifier l\u2019exactitude ou la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de toute participation ou de toute autre information soumise (ou pr\u00e9tendument soumise) aux fins du concours; ou (iii) pour toute autre raison que le commanditaire juge n\u00e9cessaire, \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion, dans le but d\u2019administrer le concours conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la lettre et \u00e0 l\u2019esprit du pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement. Le fait de ne pas fournir dans le d\u00e9lai imparti une telle preuve \u00e0 l\u2019enti\u00e8re satisfaction du commanditaire peut entra\u00eener la disqualification du participant, \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du commanditaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          6. Il est interdit de donner ou de vendre des participations, et le commanditaire se r\u00e9serve le droit de refuser une participation s\u2019il consid\u00e8re qu\u2019elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumise par une personne inadmissible ou au moyen d\u2019un syst\u00e8me ou programme automatis\u00e9, macro, script, robot ou autre. Le participant doit prouver son admissibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une pi\u00e8ce d\u2019identit\u00e9 avec photo valide et d\u2019une preuve de r\u00e9sidence, sur demande.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          7. En cas de contestation de l\u2019identit\u00e9 d\u2019un participant\/gagnant, la personne au nom de laquelle le compte de courriel ou le compte Instagram applicable est enregistr\u00e9 sera r\u00e9put\u00e9e \u00eatre le participant\/gagnant. Seuls le parc informatique ou l\u2019\u00e9quipement r\u00e9seau seront consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme une source digne de foi pour d\u00e9terminer l\u2019heure de r\u00e9ception d\u2019une participation admissible au concours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          8. Toutes les d\u00e9cisions du commanditaire ou d\u2019autres parties charg\u00e9es d\u2019administrer le concours, qui peuvent \u00eatre des employ\u00e9s du commanditaire ou de ses filiales ou des contractuels ind\u00e9pendants, sont d\u00e9finitives et ex\u00e9cutoires \u00e0 tous les \u00e9gards du concours, y compris, sans s\u2019y limiter, l\u2019admissibilit\u00e9 ou la disqualification des participations.                 1. Alcohol is not part of the prize.<\/strong>\u00a0There will be one (1) Prize (the \u201cPrize\u201d). The Prize consists of: one (1) pair of tickets to Piknic \u00c9lectronik 2025 for Gorgon City on July 19, 2025. The Prize is provided by the Sponsor. The approximate retail value (\u201cARV\u201d) of the Prize is two hundred Canadian dollars ($200 CAD).

                  There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded. The Prize will only be released to the verified winner. Arrangements for Prize delivery will be confirmed with the potential winner by e-mail, telephone or Instagram (direct message or tagged post). Return of any prize\/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

                  By entering this Contest and accepting the Prize, the potential winner agrees to maintain their (and as applicable, their guest(s)) behaviour in accordance with all applicable laws and generally accepted social practices in connection with participation in any Contest-related or Prize-related activity. The potential winner understands and agrees that Sponsor, or prize providers have the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify and remove the potential winner (and as applicable, their guest(s)) from any activity at any time if the potential winner (and as applicable, theirs guest(s)) behaviour at any point is uncooperative, disruptive, or may or does cause damage to person, property, or the reputation of any Contest-related party or otherwise violates the policies of the prize providers, and in such a case, the potential winner will still be solely responsible for all expenses related to the Prize.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received in accordance with these Rules during the Contest Period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                3. WINNER NOTIFICATION PROCESS.<\/strong>\u00a0The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the potential winner (using the information provided at the time of entry) within three (3) business days of the Selection Date. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of the Selection Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then the potential winner may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to select an alternate potential winner following the same winner selection procedure described above (with the necessary amendments), in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential winner. No communication will be entered into by the Sponsor with entrants except with selected entrants. The Sponsor is not responsible for the failure, for any reason whatsoever, of a selected entrant to receive notification or for the Sponsor to receive a selected entrant\u2019s response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. WINNER CONFIRMATION PROCESS.<\/strong>\u00a0BEFORE BEING DECLARED THE CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, the potential winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by e-mail or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor\u2019s form of declaration and release); and (b) sign and return within five (5) business days of notification the Sponsor\u2019s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective successors and assigns, any provincial liquor authorities and any participating licensed establishments (collectively, the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d) from any and all liability, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Contest, including without limitation use of the potential winner\u2019s Contest-related information (or any portion thereof), their participation therein, the awarding, receipt, possession or use\/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof, and\/or their violation or infringement of any intellectual property rights or of any publicity, personality or privacy rights, or infringe on any rights and\/or interests of any third party; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and\/or other use of the potential winner’s name or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in perpetuity throughout the world, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor. This release shall continue in force following the termination of the Contest and\/or awarding of any prize. Where applicable, potential winner\u2019s guest(s) may also, at the discretion of the Sponsor, be required to properly execute Contest documents within the specified time as a condition of participation in a Prize or any portion thereof, and such release shall continue in force following the termination of the Contest and\/or the guest(s) participation in a Prize or any portion thereof, and such release shall continue in force following the termination of the Contest and\/or the guest(s) participation in a Prize or any portion thereof.

Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  7. Entries may not be given or sold to anyone else, and the Sponsor reserves the right to refuse to accept the registration of an entry if the Sponsor considers the entry to have been submitted by an ineligible person or through the use of any automated, macro, script, robotic or other system(s) or program(s). All Entrants must prove their eligibility with valid photo identification and proof of residency, upon request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  8. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require any individual who purports to be the entrant that submitted the Entry in question to provide proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) of being the entrant that submitted such Entry. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor within the timeline specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  9. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to withdraw, amend or suspend this Contest (or to amend these Rules) in any way, in the event of any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as contemplated by these Rules, including, without limitation, any error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failure, and if applicable, subject to approval from any provincial liquor authority. The Sponsor, at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend this Contest, or to amend these Rules, in any way without prior notice or obligation, in the event of any accident, printing, administrative, or other error of any kind, or for any other reason whatsoever. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and\/or to comply with applicable law. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion to adjust any of the dates, timeframes and\/or other Contest mechanics stipulated in these Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or Entry with these Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problems, or in light of any other circumstances which, in the opinion of the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, affect the proper administration of the Contest as contemplated in these Rules, or for any other reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  10. No responsibility is assumed by the Sponsor and the other Released Parties for any inability of a potential entrant to successfully enter the contest for any reason. The Released Parties will not be liable for: (i) any failure of any website during the Contest; (ii) any technical malfunction or other problems of any nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, those relating to the telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment or software; (iii) the failure of any Entry or other information to be received, captured or recorded for any reason whatsoever, including, but not limited to, technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; (iv) any injury or damage to an entrant\u2019s or any other person\u2019s computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in the Contest; and\/or (v) any combination of the above. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, by participating in the Contest, each entrant releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest and their participation therein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  11. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in any way (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, its agents and\/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with their Entry only for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor\u2019s privacy policy (available at: https:\/\/ca.whiteclaw.com\/privacy\/).This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and\/or disclosure of their personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to, the Website, point of sale, television, print or online advertising and\/or any instructions or interpretations of these Rules given by any representative of the Sponsor, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law, unless otherwise determined by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  14. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
