          \n Des frais de messagerie et de donn\u00e9es standards peuvent\n s\u2019appliquer si le participant choisit de s\u2019inscrire sur un\n appareil mobile ou tout autre appareil \u00e9lectronique. Il incombe au\n participant de contacter son fournisseur de services pour s\u2019informer des\n tarifs et plans de service avant de s\u2019inscrire \u00e0 l\u2019aide\n d\u2019un appareil mobile ou \u00e9lectronique.\n<\/p>\n\n

          1. \n Le prix ne comporte pas d\u2019alcool.<\/strong> Il y a un (1) prix\n \u00e0 gagner (le \u00ab\u2009prix\u2009\u00bb). Le prix\n comprend : deux (2) billets pour assister au concert de Teddy Swims\n \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al (Qu\u00e9bec), le 7 octobre 2026. Le prix\n est fourni par le commanditaire. La valeur au d\u00e9tail approximative\n (VDA) du prix est de trois cents dollars canadiens (300 $ CA).\n <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

            \n Il y a une limite d\u2019un (1) prix par personne. Le nombre de prix\n attribu\u00e9 ne d\u00e9passera pas le nombre indiqu\u00e9. Le prix sera\n attribu\u00e9 uniquement au gagnant dont l\u2019identit\u00e9 aura\n \u00e9t\u00e9 v\u00e9rifi\u00e9e. Les modalit\u00e9s de livraison du\n prix seront confirm\u00e9es avec le gagnant potentiel par courriel, par\n t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou par Instagram (message priv\u00e9 ou publication\n avec identification). Si un prix ou un avis de prix est retourn\u00e9 avec\n une mention d\u2019\u00e9chec de livraison, le participant\n s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pourrait \u00eatre disqualifi\u00e9 et, le cas\n \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, un autre gagnant pourrait \u00eatre choisi.\n<\/p>\n\n

            \n Sans limiter ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, les modalit\u00e9s suivantes\n s\u2019appliquent au prix, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant : (i) le\n prix doit \u00eatre accept\u00e9 tel qu\u2019il est attribu\u00e9, sans\n possibilit\u00e9 de transfert, de cession ou d\u2019\u00e9change contre\n de l\u2019argent comptant, un autre prix ou toute autre compensation\n (\u00e0 moins d\u2019autorisation sp\u00e9ciale du commanditaire,\n \u00e0 sa seule discr\u00e9tion); (ii) aucune substitution ne sera\n permise, sauf \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion du commanditaire; (iii) tous\n les frais qui ne sont pas sp\u00e9cifiquement et express\u00e9ment\n mentionn\u00e9s ci-dessus comme faisant partie du prix sont \u00e0 la\n charge du gagnant potentiel, y compris, sans s\u2019y limiter, les frais de\n bagages des compagnies a\u00e9riennes, les pourboires, les repas, le\n transport, les d\u00e9penses personnelles de toute nature, les taxes\n f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, provinciales et locales, les taxes\n d\u2019h\u00e9bergement et autres frais h\u00f4teliers, les frais\n d\u00e9coulant de modifications et tout autres frais ou d\u00e9penses\n accessoires; (iv) si le gagnant potentiel n\u2019utilise pas (ainsi que\n son ou ses invit\u00e9s, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) un ou plusieurs\n \u00e9l\u00e9ments du prix, ces derniers peuvent \u00eatre annul\u00e9s\n dans leur int\u00e9gralit\u00e9, \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du\n commanditaire, auquel cas il n\u2019y aura aucune substitution; (v) le\n commanditaire se r\u00e9serve le droit, \u00e0 tout moment : (a)\n d\u2019imposer des restrictions raisonnables quant \u00e0 la\n disponibilit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation du prix ou de l\u2019un\n de ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments; et (b) de substituer le prix ou l\u2019un de\n ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments, pour quelque raison que ce soit, par un prix ou un\n ou plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments de prix d\u2019une valeur au\n d\u00e9tail \u00e9gale ou sup\u00e9rieure, y compris, sans s\u2019y\n limiter, \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du commanditaire, une somme en\n argent; (vi) ni le commanditaire ni aucun des fournisseurs de prix ne\n remplaceront les billets, cartes-cadeaux, cartes promotionnelles ou bons\n perdus, vol\u00e9s ou d\u00e9truits; (vii) aucune compensation ne sera\n offerte si la valeur r\u00e9elle du prix diff\u00e8re de sa valeur au\n d\u00e9tail approximative indiqu\u00e9e (notamment en raison du point de\n d\u00e9part ou des fluctuations du co\u00fbt du transport a\u00e9rien);\n (viii) le prix peut diff\u00e9rer de l\u2019illustration\n pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e dans le mat\u00e9riel promotionnel; (ix) en\n acceptant le prix, le gagnant potentiel renonce (ainsi que son ou ses\n invit\u00e9s, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) \u00e0 tout recours contre le\n commanditaire et les autres parties exon\u00e9r\u00e9es si le prix ou\n l\u2019un de ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments s\u2019av\u00e8re insatisfaisant,\n en tout ou en partie; (x) si le prix comprend un ou plusieurs invit\u00e9s,\n ceux-ci doivent \u00eatre \u00e2g\u00e9s d\u2019au moins 19 ans; et\n (xi) en participant \u00e0 un prix ou \u00e0 l\u2019un de ses\n \u00e9l\u00e9ments, le gagnant potentiel (ainsi que chaque\n invit\u00e9, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant) : (a) comprend,\n reconna\u00eet et accepte que sa participation au prix peut comporter des\n dangers et une exposition \u00e0 des risques ou \u00e0 des dangers (y\n compris, sans s\u2019y limiter, les risques inh\u00e9rents aux voyages),\n r\u00e9sultant d\u2019une erreur humaine ou de n\u00e9gligence\n pr\u00e9visibles ou non, et qu\u2019il pourrait subir des dommages\n mat\u00e9riels, des blessures graves, une maladie ou m\u00eame le\n d\u00e9c\u00e8s; (b) reconna\u00eet et accepte que les parties\n exon\u00e9r\u00e9es (telles que d\u00e9finies ci-dessous) n\u2019ont\n \u00e9mis aucune garantie, promesse, ni d\u00e9claration concernant sa\n s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pendant sa participation au prix.               1. \n PROCESSUS DE NOTIFICATION DU GAGNANT.<\/strong> Le commanditaire ou\n son repr\u00e9sentant d\u00e9sign\u00e9 effectuera un minimum de deux\n (2) tentatives pour contacter le gagnant potentiel (\u00e0 l\u2019aide\n des renseignements fournis au moment de la participation) dans un\n d\u00e9lai d\u2019un (1) jour ouvrable suivant la date de\n s\u00e9lection. S\u2019il s\u2019av\u00e8re impossible de joindre le\n gagnant potentiel dans un d\u00e9lai d\u2019un (1) jour ouvrable suivant\n la date de s\u00e9lection ou si un avis est retourn\u00e9 avec une\n mention d\u2019\u00e9chec de livraison, le gagnant potentiel sera alors\n disqualifi\u00e9, \u00e0 la seule discr\u00e9tion du commanditaire\n (et, \u00e9tant disqualifi\u00e9, il perdra tous ses droits li\u00e9s\n au prix), et le commanditaire se r\u00e9serve le droit, \u00e0 sa seule\n discr\u00e9tion et si le temps le permet, de s\u00e9lectionner un autre\n gagnant potentiel en fonction du m\u00eame processus de s\u00e9lection du\n gagnant d\u00e9crit ci-dessus (avec les modifications n\u00e9cessaires),\n et dans un tel cas, les dispositions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes de la\n pr\u00e9sente section s\u2019appliqueront au nouveau gagnant potentiel.\n Le commanditaire ne communiquera pas avec les participants, sauf avec les\n participants s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s.
